Regional development is our top priority, and it is through planning, teamwork, and collective thinking that we will achieve growth and progress.\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Later in his speech, he addressed the role of security in sustainable development, adding, \u201cThe region\u2019s progress toward its objectives and sustainable development requires particular attention to security. Security is the foundation of development, and protecting it is the duty of every employee in the region.
