US President Joe Biden has repeatedly declared his government's willingness to revert to the 2015 nuclear deal, provided Tehran lives up to its commitments. We believe that the parties will eventually agree (on a reciprocal return to their commitments), but it should be added that reaching such an agreement will probably take months.
 
We believe that there is little chance of reaching agreement on all disputes, including missiles and regional ones, and this means that Iran-United States relations will remain volatile even after the resumption of the Security Council of the UN.
