   An honest discussion with the people is a way that can help the government to be popular. To speak with the people with all honesty, to explain the problems and to show the solutions.
     
It is necessary to specify that the formation of the cabinet of government must be done quickly and that the current situation of the country does not allow to delay, so although the president must hurry to present his cabinet to the national assembly, the national assembly too must as quickly as possible confirm them or give his opinion.
The head of the Thirteenth Government clarified: I hope that this program will be  evolutionary for all without considering their political tendency, and their origin and that all the specialists side by side play their role so that with the cooperation of all Elites change is in favor of the people.
