	Subramaniam Jaya Shankar, minister of foreign affairs of India in the conference of Asia south and central, spoke that of CHAHBAHR as a pole of transport also for Afghanistan and to specify that to establish communication in this region must follow international rules, attracting confidence and conforming to the country's independent rules.

Jashankar in this conference clarified that community projects must be profitable economically and must not create heavy costs. he considered a favorable advance of certain acts taken by India in 2016 in view of setting in motion and the profitability of the port CHAHBAHAR and the formation of groups India - Uzbakestan - Afghanistan, and Iran. he also said that this port has favored easy and safe access to the sea for the central Asian countries. We have proposed that the Port of CHAHBAHAR remain in the state of the international transport corridor from north to south.
