He added: out of the total of 98 million and 700,000 tons of goods exported and imported during the mentioned period, 75 million and 200,000 tons with a value of 27 billion and one hundred million dollars were allocated to the export, or 15% by weight. compared to the same period of the previous year, in terms of value, it shows a growth of 47%.
 

The Director General of Iranian Customs praised the efforts of producers and traders to increase exports and stressed the need to remove obstacles and problems for activists in these two sectors, said: In the first seven months of this year, 23 million and 500 thousand tons of goods worth 27 billion and 700 million dollars It entered the country through customs, which increased by 21% in weight and 38% in value compared to the same period last year.

The Deputy Minister of Economy said: Most of the goods imported into the country are commodities, industrial machinery and parts, as well as inputs and intermediate items of production.
 He added: Five important destinations for the export of Iranian goods during the mentioned period:
China with 16 million and 900 thousand tons of goods worth 7 billion and 700 million dollars,
Iraq with 19 million and 700 thousand tons worth 5 billion and 500 million dollars,
Turkey with 11 million tonnes worth $ 3.4 billion,
UAE with 6 million and 600 thousand tons worth 2 billion and 600 million dollars,
Afghanistan with 2.8 million tonnes was worth one billion and one hundred million dollars.
