According to this report, this agreement takes up the basic rules of trade between the Eurasian Economic Union and Iran and comes as close as possible to the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
It defines the obligations of the parties to reduce or eliminate customs duties and other non-tariff barriers for certain goods in order to encourage economic and commercial cooperation between the two parties.
It should be noted that the Eurasian Economic Union is an economic union whose members are mainly the countries of the northern region of Eurasia in Eastern Europe.
