Mohammad Ali Karimi (born in 1958 in Abarkooh) is a senior executive and prominent political figure in Kerman Province. He served as Governor of Kerman from 2001 to 2005 and represented the people of Kerman and Ravar in the Eighth Legislature of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Mr. Karimi has also played an active role in the province's administration and political life and currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Kerman Development Organization, where he works to develop and implement development projects in the province.
Morteza Bank (born in 1955 in Isfahan) is a high-ranking executive and politician who has held various executive, diplomatic, and governmental positions. He has served as Governor of Kerman, Deputy Minister of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vice President and Advisor to the Strategic Research Center, and has also held significant responsibilities within the Presidential Institution and the Supreme Council of Special Economic and Industrial Free Zones. Under the 12th Government, he served as Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free Zones and Advisor to the President on Free Zone Matters. His extensive experience in macroeconomic management, policymaking, and regional development gives him a unique position in the decision-making and implementation of national projects.

Born in 1958, Dr. Hossein Amiri holds a PhD in Physics from Newcastle University, England. He is a professor at Shahid Bahonar University in Kerman and, in addition to his extensive academic experience, he served continuously in the Islamic Consultative Assembly for twenty years (from 2000 to 2022), representing the sixth through tenth legislatures. He has also held senior management positions and served as an advisor, including at the Ministry of Energy.
Born in 1973, Abbas Foroutan is an executive with over twenty years of experience managing large organizations, developing infrastructure projects, and working in the transportation sector, particularly rail. He has a proven track record as an executive and board member of several companies active in the construction, industrial, and transportation sectors. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in developing infrastructure projects, optimizing supply chains, and guiding organizations toward growth and productivity. His expertise in strategic management, business development, construction project management, and leading large companies has led him to hold senior leadership positions in various sectors.
Born in 1980, Qasem Ebrahimnejad is a seasoned manager and finance expert with over twenty years of specialized experience in accounting, financial management, bookkeeping, and organizational financial planning. He has worked with major government, public, and private groups in the culture, tourism, education, and development sectors. Through effective financial resource management, the organization of efficient accounting structures, and the implementation of transparent financial processes, he has made significant contributions to improving organizational productivity. He currently serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Kerman Development Organization.
Born in 1981 and holding a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, engineer Mohsen Vafaei is a seasoned manager and a recognized expert in executive, economic, and industrial affairs. With over twenty years of experience, he began his career in design and consulting for construction projects and, thanks to his technical expertise and strategic vision, rose to high-level management positions. His outstanding track record leading the Sirjan Special Economic Zone and directing major power plant and production projects has made him an influential figure in attracting investment and removing production barriers in Kerman Province. Experience and Responsibilities
