With the aim of valuing human capital, fostering empathy, and creating a friendly atmosphere in the workplace, a meeting was held in late September attended by a group of employees from the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization.
As part of this program, while celebrating the birthdays of colleagues born in the month of Shahrivar, their presence, support, and valuable efforts were acknowledged and appreciated.
The aim of this meeting was to strengthen communication among colleagues and create a friendly, dynamic atmosphere.
