According to the public relations department of the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization, eleven of its employees participated in an “Emergency Response Assistant” training program in Tehran on Monday, November 2, 2026. The objective was to refine their knowledge and skills in emergency response and to enhance their preparedness for critical situations.

Conducted under the supervision of experts from the Tehran Emergency Services, the training consisted of both theoretical and practical components. Participants were introduced to the techniques and skills required to provide assistance and manage emergency situations.

In accordance with the established criteria, participants who successfully pass competency assessments and individual interviews—and who submit the necessary documentation—will receive an “Emergency Response Assistant” certificate. Depending on their level of preparedness and aptitude, they will also have the opportunity to serve as volunteers with the Tehran Emergency Services.

The participation of employees from the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization in this training is intended to develop their personal and professional skills, improve their preparedness for accidents and emergency situations, and strengthen a culture of commitment and social responsibility.

This participation also reflects the importance that the Kerman Civil Engineering Organization places on practical training and the promotion of a culture of providing aid and assistance to victims—both within the organization and throughout society.
